I grilled most of them wrapped in bacon with a jalapeno and a dab of cream cheese in a marinade. I baked a few with bacon and barbecue sauce. The grilled ones were better, but I had a few people who either did not like or were afraid of the jalapenos. It worked out well.
Tonight's menu: Pork tenderloin with taters, carrots, and onions. It's been in the crock pot for a few hours. Corn, English peas, Mac n cheese and Sister Shubert's rolls on the side. Washing it down with sweet tea. There's plenty. Come on over.
