No, I'm not attempting to debate anything, and don't doubt that advertisers love him. I'm just saying that of the few times I've listened, Ainge has been far too "all over the place" (haphazard, almost pointless, at times) for my liking, and which makes me believe that he'd be much better with someone who could keep it more consistently dialed in, as a professional broadcaster would likely do. Left to his own devices, he wasn't as good as I think he could be. Just my $.02
Tennessee = right to hire (and fire) state, no definitive process required. Not saying it's not best to do it as you describe, but not a legal requirement. As a general rule, and hour-long podcast has the first one (1) minute to harp on selling me something, any mention thereafter, and I don't download any more. Sounds like I don't need to worry about theirs, if its that bad.
This. The show was awful. This gave them an out without having to fire a former vol for no reason besides being bad at his job.
I can safely assume that Sab saying this that Treece was winning the audience of 16-22 year old boys. Because if anyone has a finger on the pulse of young boys (read buttholes), it's Sab.
In this day and age of male bashing, that's good advice. Perhaps easier said than done. You could slap yourself on the lip and end up being accused and arrested because some woman said you used a jackhammer to clip her toenails. Nevermind evidence to the contrary, you're guilty. Maybe the idea of eyeborgs isn't so bad.
