1. Kansas: a good HS team could beat them 2. Iowa State: Losing by 20 to TCU is better than losing by 200 to Memphis 3. Illinois: Hire Ron Zook 4. UVA: Unclear to me how they got so bad. They'll get better going forward, but I sure didn't see this level of putridity coming. 5. Kentucky: A 22 point spread against focking New Mexico State was indictment enough. Not covering it is laughable. 6. Purdue: Hey, they're improving from last season. 7. Rutgers: They covered for me against The Fighting Bob Davies, but I saw enough to pick up on how bad they are. 8. Vandy: I had GT and the outcome was never in doubt 9. Boston College: I also had VT and never had to sweat it. 10. Duke: Cut doesn't recruit well enough to survive an injury bug. HM: Syracuse: I sort of forgot about cuse. They might belong in the top ten, but I don't feel like changing it up now.
Kansas got trucked by Memphis State. That should mean immediate dissolution of their football program.
Cut is known as a bad recruiter, but he's actually done very well by Duke standards. Pulling a few 4*s per class now
#4 is pretty easy to answer. They hung on to Al Groh 2-3 years too long, then replaced him with Mike London. That will **** up any program.
No way. Groh was bad, but at least he had the intelligence to surround himself with good assistants. London's staffs were pathetic.
