There’s nothing you can’t run from the Wing T. I appreciate it. Honestly Army basically ran it this year it did pretty well with it.
In all honesty I'm becoming more all right with the new variations of it, and in many ways its concepts are the perfect counter to current defensive schemes.
I don’t like the shotgun versions unless you have a stud at QB. The plays hit slower from the gun and lose their misdirection.
Lexington...my dad in my avi is from Lexington, tn. At least a dozen of my family members played football there
Unless from the northwest quadrant of the county then no. You get up there then there's a 95% likelihood.
Our kin all lived near the high school. . Last name Little. Pretty poor. Dad played for Lexington and Memphis State and I think the avi pic is Lexington HS pic
Used to enjoy going up there from Memphis to see my grandparents in 70s and early 80s. We would go to Beech Lake and eat the hell out of catfish at that lake restaurant.
Meh. Lot of belly and QB sawing off prior to final option. Almost lead power with QB behind lot of cut blocks.
You all run midline a few times a game and very little veer. Mixed with dive, trap, wing t down option( which was your all’s best play) and some rocket. It’s incredibly simple but your offensive line play is amazing with how you pound the full back.
Nfl was better when 90% of the team's looked like they weren't running the same offenses and defenses.
