interesting S&P+ 21st https://www.sbnation.com/college-fo...63/2019-college-football-rankings-projections they seem to like your offense
ucla is insane that high. i think FPI strongly accounts for prior years recruiting rankings. of course for UCLA most of those guys either are gone or haven't met expectations.
Yeah if a lot breaks right 8-4 can be doable and be a top 15 team by advanced stats but won’t show in the polls.
Ok, so we go up to 14 after we beat Georgia st, #12 after BYU, stay steady at 12 after Chattanooga, then 20 after the loss to Florida, 25 after Georgia, and never see the top 25 the next 5 losses.
Auburn was 12 last year. 7 in S&P. I’d be surprised if they did much worse if it all this year. That could obviously be the case and them go 7-5 though.
That tweet Droski posted was an FPI projection not a poll projection, I was just referencing that. But to answer, I haven’t a dang clue, depends on if either QB is the real deal.
I don't think QB is a question. You're going to get a guy that won't turn the ball over but isn't going to win you many games by himself.
