POLITICS President Trump: 100+ Mornings After (Term 1 Complete)

I didn't catch much of it, at all, but I did see the Republicans chanting "four more years" during the SOU and a disgraceful awarding of Rush Limbaugh of the Presidential Medal of Honor. I also saw Pelosi be the bigger person and keep decorum by offering to shake his hand, which he shunned. I think you probably have it backwards.

 

What'd they do?

I saw Trump didn't take Nancy's hand when she offered it. But not much beyond that.

 

Dude pelosi shook her head all night and dramatically tore up his speech right after. Never seen anybody on stage act like she did in 40 years of watching these.
And expecting a handshake from someone who has been trying to impeach you for 3 years is dumb and 2 faced

 

I almost cried several times, from pure delight.

Maybe the best speech of his career, thus far.

 

Yes, you have. He was giving a speech in front of her. The ripping up of his speech is a bit much, but the other stuff is pretty routine for a speech.

He's also trashed her, very personally, for years, which is worse than pushing for impeachment (which, factually speaking, she hasn't been chasing for 3 years snd was one of the last hold outs).

What I HAVEN'T seen, though, was a political party turn a SOU speech into a political rally. That was shameless. Makes me wish I heard a "you lie" in there.
