1. UGA wins 2. OSU loses huge 3. Mich wins huge 4. TCU wins huge 5. LSU figna lose to unranked aTm 6. USC gonna win 7. Bama wins big 8. Clemson loses Sakerlina 9. Oregon loses 10. UTK wins big so how does it end up? 1. UGA 2. Mich 3. TCU 4. USC 5. OSU 6. Bama 7. UTK 8. LSU 9. Penn St 10. KState That's my thinking. Now imagine ... 1. LSU beats UGA in the SECCG.. 2. Kstate (or Texas?) beats TCU in the B12CG... 3. (if WashSt beats Washington tonight) Oregon beats USC in the PAC12CG... 4. Purdue beats Michigan in the Big10CG if all that were to happen, I guess the top 4 would still be (any order) Mich, UGA, OSU, and TCU since they'd be the only 1-loss teams? ... which would be crazy because then NOBODY in the top 4 would have won their conference.
Would we even have any guys left on defense? (I say after we pitch a shutout and yet it still seems a fair question)
Do we really want to play Georgia with Joe Milton right now? I think that movie would suck truth be told.
Bama is ranked 7th and ahead of us on name alone. It's really stupid, but not unexpected unfortunately.
LOL there's no path to the top 4. UGA and Michigan are in regardless, TCU ain't losing, and even if USC loses they'll put OSU above us regardless of where Bama was.
On the Surely Everyone's Colluding network college football final show, they are showing the bammer love. Shocking. I say shocking!!!
well.. come to think about it... if LSU drops to.. say 10 like we did... and then beats UGA, does UGA drop out of top 4? can LSU jump everybody as SEC champ to #4? ... surely that's too much jumping? .. and i mean, still, UGA would be a 1-loss team and LSU a 2-loss SEC champ.. i guess no sense in theoretical guessing.. just have to let it all play out. Damn that Sakerkina game.
That is probably what it's going to be and it sucks. 1 team I despise, and 3 teams that are boring as shit and have played like 2 good teams total combined between the 3 of them.
We are 7 in the AP. Penn State is 8. Both teams are 10-2, but compare the teams each has beat. Not even close.
It’s why Tennessee has almost no chance at the top 4 unless they’re undefeated, you have to be a inner circle brand to get there with losses. A biased committee member or an AP voter can talk themselves into anything. It is what it is.
Some people didn't understand that when they thought Tennessee was in with 1 loss. Lol, no. It was clear that Tennessee with one loss was only getting in after a 1 loss ACC, 1 loss, Pac 12, and/or 1 loss B1G. If TCU were OU or Texas, then Tenn would be behind a 1 loss one of them too. TWO losses? can't even get in ahead of a team they beat and outperformed against common opponents. That's damning as hell.
