Yep. They have "open enrollment" now and Dyersburg is closed to city only so Dyer County just cherry picks all the talent from the city. Same thing happens in Shelby County everyday. Why do you think White Station, Melrose, Ridgeway, et al are always so good in all sports?

 

DC recruits a good portion of West TN, not just the county. If you can find a ride there, you can enroll there. From my understanding.
