21 deads at 225, followed by 15 and 9 is fo real and damn cardio work.

I do deads and lunges same day and often superset them, couldn't hate that shit any worse.

You can break the 21 up into smaller sets. I'd say with Tex's huge vag lips rubbing together. He had to break it up into about 8 sets to get 21.

Hot as hell, but needs to stop spending so much time at the gym and get the bed made.

my bad. I read that as him doing something serious. So he can knock out 5 sets of 4 and call it a workout. Son, am disappoint.

That is incorrect. You do 21 deads, 21 HSPU, 15 deads, 15 HSPU's, 9 deads, 9 HSPU's. We only break sets up if it's in betweeen 50-100 reps.

I mean I didn't do them all unbroken, but you have to do 21 of each before you move on to 9 and so on.

I took it as you can do 5 deads then 5 HSPU's, then 3 deads then 3 HSPU's(or whatever amount) all the way to 21. You actually have to finish 21 deads before moving on to HSPU's.
Anyhow, it's still a tough workout however you slice it.

Sounds tough, but different than my first impression.

I rarely do higher than 5 reps on deads. I did a pyramid once with 185 starting with 10 reps down to one with box jumps supersetted in the opposite rep count. No break between sets. Effin killer.

I watched the replay online. Looked badass. They did some different things than what I've seen in previous years.

Rich, the guy that won it, is a beast. I used to do crossfit with him. We went to college and worked together.
