Thinking about going paleo anyone else try it?

 

I have. Couple of months ago I went 100% paleo for 1 month. Have you done any research on the diet? They call it a diet, but it really isn't. It's not a fad type thing like most.

 

It's alright. You won't get as many girls if you are tano, though.

 

Yeah I've done research on it. Not wanting to get into it to lose weight, I have lost 39 in the last 8 months just by working out regularly, just wanting to eat healthier to lengthen my stay here on earth. Just wondering if anyone else here had been on it.

It's about the healthiest thing out there. First 2-3 weeks sucks. After your body is clean of all the processed food and refined sugars, etc. it's not that bad. Plan on doing a lot of shopping and cooking. I'm about 75-80% paleo now. Just hard to do when you're out and about.

 

Ever tried or heard of Bikram?

 

My package is too large to wear spandex

 

Why would you wear spandex?

 

I have not tried it..........looks interesting

 

Thought it was required for yoga

 

My oldest brother, who has been a triathlete for years, swears by it. I've never tried it. I would but they don't have it here.

 

Only for the chicks with smoking hot bodies!

 

Ill have to see if they have a studio in my area
