24 points is a blowout.

 

Oklahoma could have kneeled every play of the fourth quarter. Tennessee's offense wasn't going to score two more times.

 

What if it's 24 points but instead of 24 it's 6 and instead of football it's baseball. Still a blowout?

 

Not in this situation.

 

In any situation where a team gets beaten by 24 points, it's a blowout.

If the game is in any sort of question in the 4th, it's not a blowout.

 

We didn't score there. So, it most certainly was a blowout.

 

The fact that it even mattered whether we scored there makes it not a blowout.

 

The fact that you're making up these hypothetical situations to defense that the game wasn't a blowout makes you a dumbass. All the hypotheticals in the world wont change things. It was a blowout.

 

That's pretty much where I come down on the issue as well.

 

So if a team were to, hypothetically of course, score 42 unanswered fourth quarter points in a previously 0-0 game, it wouldn't be considered a blowout because the game was in question with 12 minutes left to play? What a ****ing idiotic qualifier.

 

UT doesn't get blown out.

Sometimes the breaks don't go our way, but we never get blown out. Never.
