Who will be the next OC?

Can a 50 year old still be considered an up and comer?

 

Kind of my thoughts as well.

 

That's. . . really not the worst idea ever. Might have some new ideas, unlike [insert position coach who has one year of OC experience but worked with Butch one time], and he's had success everywhere he's been. And since it's Butch's offense, it's a position where you're able to take more of a gamble on a guy from the lower levels. If it works, great. If it doesn't, Butch will just take over and do what he's been doing anyways, so it won't get much worse.

Also, out of curiosity, why hasn't he had an FBS job before? He seems like he's had success everywhere he's been

 

I think he'll be fine, but I would much rather him be contacted to coach qbs while Azzanni gets promoted

I dont know if dude is trolling, but the guy who first mentioned Debord being contacted just said he's been hired

I would hire DeBord for quality control or something. If he's actually coaching on the field then we've failed miserably.

I wouldn't hire Debord for anything. He makes every place that hires him worse.

 

If you google Debord, some dead French Marxist comes up. Is that who we're hiring? Because that would seem about right.

 

Get Debord than maybe, if we're lucky, Jancek will quit and we can finally land Buddy Green.

 

Is this going to affect our top 25 ranking for next year?

 

If the people talking to John Brice at VQ are accurate I expect DeBord to be named in 48hrs or less.

 

Playcalling may be suspect, but our floor exercise should be unbeatable.
