Looks like there was an E-5 tornado in Mississippi about a mile wide.

Oh wow. Horrible. Populated area at all?

Sounds like a rural area, though some towns in the path. E-5s are rare and obliterate all in its path.

They don’t make irrigation piping like they used to.

I loved the hell out of that movie.

Glad you're okay. Have family in E. Chattanooga that are all okay, but seeing a ton of damage down the road from them.

At least 150 homes and buildings have been confirmed destroyed or significantly damaged. There will be more. Also over 60,000 without power and the utility says it will take multiple days to get everyone back on the grid.

Boys and girls that was a rain. Water in basement and had rapids in the street at one point.

Started our "oh shit" storm planning today, 4 people out with the Rona, 2 more getting tested this week. Good times. I'm on vacation, which is in jeopardy as of right now. Might be in God's country next week.

Vacation is never in jeopardy if you don't answer your phone.

They asked me today what my plans are for next week, I think it's out of the way enough now to cancel my vaca. But definitely not answering the phone if they call

They're assigning stand by crews for tomorrow, 50% of the guys will be required, going by call out response hours. The more hours you have responding to outages the more power you have to refuse working tomorrow. I'm always top 3 in hours responding. See you in Tennessee tomorrow
