Ainge (this was hard to pick, but Ainge cared, Bray was a [uck fay]wad) Martin Dobbs Manning all day every day
Webb was the greatest player I have ever seen play at UT Cobb EDIT: Saw where Cobb didn't play in the 90s (I thought he played in 1990, but I am old). So Garner. Thing about Garner I remember the most, and this is odd, is that lower back pad he had that flapped as he ran. First player I remember seeing wearing one of those and I have no idea why that stuck in my head all these years later.
Damn. Jennings...no Pickens...no, wait...Jenkins Price was a better player, Kent has a soft spot in my heart. So Price
Raynoch. Some[itch bay] was crazy Westmoreland Grant (if only for that one beautiful INT) Barnett (but the gulf of time between them kind of makes it difficult)
Cobb was dismissed the week of the Bama game. He didn’t play in it. I remember this clearly because I was getting a haircut when the news broke and the barber had to tell me to settle down before I ended up needing a buzz cut...
Ainge - if Fulmer could change one play call in his career, that hail Mary against ND at the end of the first half has to be in the conversation. Bray was too reckless. Martin - this one was hard. He was less fragile and more mobile, but man I love me some Clausen. Dobbs for obvious reasons, but man Kelly was a machine. Shuler over Manning because it's college football. Take away the heistman trophy, and then we can reevaluate.
It doesn't have to start in the 1990s that was just a rough divider and when I really started watching with my dad. I've watched a lot of Cobb and Webb replays.
Pickens. As you recall he played both ways. Kent due to over the middle. Meachem had the stats but Harper and Morgan on the field at the same time was fun
Let’s get serious up in here: Gerald Jones or Da’Rick Rogers Nick Reveiz or Colton Jumper Drew Richmond or Darnell Wright
