I'm pretty much eating all meat, egg, cheese and organ diet with just a little fruit and veggies mixed in.

    No grains or processed sugars.

It's crazy what it does to your energy levels.

Your genetics is the driving force on that and what you eat has little to do with your levels.

Processed oils and trans fat, are bad. but that's mostly found in processed foods that I'm not eating due to most of that being high in sugar and grains too.

Your genetics is the driving force for about 85% of your cholesterol. The rest is due to food and lifestyle.

This is why food and lifestyle can bring levels down, but not necessarily below levels that require treatment.

The dairy, the meat unless lean, and the organ meat are all high cholesterol foods. And your gallbladder is going to be working extra hard as well.

I agree if you're going to keep high blood sugar levels, but quite a bit of evidence that high LGLs are actually good for you if you keep low blood sugar levels.

What are the brackets for low in low blood sugar levels?

Seemed like a simple question to me. Is "low" here 125? Is it 115, thinking that "normal" is too high. Is it 100?

What is "low," not, "what are the health sciences scales?"

You didn’t ask for what is “low” in the definitive.

You said “what are the brackets for low”. I gave you a chart with various angle bracket representation. Two of which include “hypo-“ related references in the interpretations column. That would mean less than normal, or low.

"What are the brackets for low in low blood sugar levels? "

This is a simple question, that asks to bracket in what would constitute low in low blood sugar levels.

Most people don't want to target hypoglycemia. But they might want to target 100 mg/dL. But they also might think 105 mg/dL was sufficiently low.

Thus the brackets for an acceptable low, would be, to this person: 100-105 mg/dL.

The low bracket being 100 mg/dL and the high bracket being 105 mg/dL.

Or, low here, in low blood sugar levels could be 120mg/dL-125 mg/dL. The point is, it isn't defined, and thus I'm asking to define those brackets, for what he would consider low.

    Refer to the posted chart.

Ok, so from this chart, I'm supposed to infer that Vols53 thinks 100 is a low blood sugar? Have you gone idiot mode?

Don't you think maybe only he can answer that question?

197 for me. I was 163 this time last year. That’s unacceptable.
