Which means at some point someone pulled off a ridiculous payment heist.

I bet if we find a Nigerian prince who has also been an athletic administrator, we have our answer

I keep coming back to John L Smith as the coach it most likely happened to.

Him or George O'Leary. He was not real bright when it came to contracts.

So Oklahoma State does basically.......................nothing and their bball program gets a postseason ban.

NC State does a lot and they get a slap on the wrist.

That's why I get worried the NCAA is still gonna drop the hammer on us.

It's hard to say but we at least did all we could to minimize our penalty. At this point we just have to hope they want to point their gun at someone else. I think we come out with little to no damage.

I'd be surprised if the NCAA did much of anything at this point.

No matter what they do, I would tell the NCAA to [uck fay] off and ignore them until they nuke Penn St and North Carolina.

[uck fay] them and the horse they rode in on.

Yeah you’re stupid if you don’t tell them to [uck fay] off or we’ll take it to court

They are definitely unpredictable so it could go anyway which is unsettling.

I’m no legal expert, but I don’t see how anything the NCAA does on the enforcement side could hold up in court with how inconsistent they are on everything.

Voluntarily consent to rules and punishments as a member.

But would that withstand a court challenge, considering how scattershot their enforcement is/isn’t?

I will guess that if you, as member, agreed to abide by rules (including enforcement) you probably would lose the court challenge.

If you agree to be [uck fay]ed then it is consentual.

If regret sex can be treated as rape (i.e. no true consent was given BS) then we have an out with the NCAA.
