We’ll never survive losing a 5th string RB. Danny White should probably just pull the plug on Heupel today.

 

The HS kid? We need help next year. Baron was a solid player and it would have been nice to keep him on the roster, especially given our lack of depth as is. Not a reason to freak out either, players were always gonna transfer out too.

 

Never give a scholarship to a LS out of HS. Previous two staffs did it and neither even ended up starting.

 

Why? Baron was solid when healthy, but hardly ever healthy.

Baron left because his dad got fired. It wasn't some shady dealings or a coaching staff lying, so that makes me feel better. A lot of potential but he never really did much

According the website, he had been at Tennessee 8 years. Did Pruitt promote him?

 

Probably, he sold himself on being the middle Tennessee guy Tennessee needed to recruit well...Tennessee should have hired Austin Thomas

Agree. Maybe we can snag Verse or another. Maybe there are some young guys who can play as well.

 

Looking at the roster, we do need portal help or young players will have to play. Who played when Baron didn't? We got so little out of the DL most of the time I don't know.

 

That is a fireable offense in and of itself.

Thomas is available. I would be on board with him running our recruiting and NIL.

 

He didn't have very many options. I think a lot of people worry about his health and people around him.
