Wife was in Denver so got a photo in front of the Casa Bonita. It was closed, but apparently Trey Parker and Matt Stone are trying to buy it.

I didn't even know it was a real place.

They already are at least part owners.

Been twice. Food is nasty, but worth the spectacle

Brief I read on it said the parent company declared bankruptcy and the purchase of the restaurant is tied up in courts.

Good luck man. You live in a state where people think your lifestyle is a sin, that makes god and angels cry and is only supported by demons.

And since the Constitution doesn't explicitly say you are acceptable, you aren't until it does.

It doesn't matter how many people tell you they are ok with you, it won't matter until some document somewhere says you are, they aren't going to vote for anyone who will write that document.

You're on your own, man, I'm sorry.

Yeah, I'm waiting to see how the interstate component will work in this and any future decisions. Some of these state laws going after women who travel for abortions or out of state people who assist women are going to be thorny.

Sure can. Can and will need to be examined more closely when discussing law it seems.

They absolutely can. It's not explicitly defined in the Constitution.

All that remains is "will they." And "will they" is very temperamental.

The argument will be inter/intrastate commerce, and SCOTUS has some real struggle with that one, based on some past decisions.

And to add on, along the way to determining can, the will side is going to ruin some people's lives.

Just don't understand why this needed to be done. This hurts the GOP in November. imo
