Yes, secondhand. However, she testified she was told with the SS agent/driver standing there and he did not dispute the story. I sincerely doubt she's lying on that stage.
Yep. From my perspective, if it is not true, then let the SS dude and other guy come forward and dispute it.
It just seems… curious to me. I’m not on anybody’s side here other than doing whatever needs to be rightly done.
Assuming this source is accurate regarding willingness to dispute under oath. I want to hear directly from both.
Her testimony is indeed hearsay, but it isn't like this is a criminal court. I don't think her testimony really matters for the stuff she didn't hear or see herself as far as I am concerned. They shouldn't have even gone down this road in session.
Either it didn’t happen and Tony Ornato needs to explain why he embellished the story to her in front of Bobby Engel, who was there, or it happened and now they’re trying to cover his tracks by saying it didn’t, or she had just made it up on the spot. But I agree, let’s get him up there and see what he says.
For sure. The story sounds highly exaggerated. He probably asked to go and was pissed, but I doubt he literally grabbed the wheel or got physical
