No way is it legal, but it is probably as advertised. It's running emulators and roms. Think bootleg movies.
It's not legal for them to sell, it's not legal for you to own unless you own a physical copy of every game. But no one is coming for you.
Well it is probably Chinese in manufacture so maybe. You could recreate it with a raspberry pi or similar small computer, emulators, and roms. Or you could buy a Nintendo mini
It probably works. I run an emulation station on a RaspberryPi. Technically it doesn't take much to run these things through the N64.
You could also pick up a legit version of this like the SNES retro Nintendo released and very easily add roms of your own to it. Amazon has a lot of these types of consoles for sale. Including handhelds if you preferred that.
