I'd rather someone take time off if they know they aren't going to be productive than have them technically putting in hours but not getting shit done.

It is not taking care of a 15 minute task that flummoxed me. It's one little thing. You still have to have bowel movements and wipe your butt. This is something like that. Just do that little thing. You can cry while you do it.

I do those kind of things on vacation. I'm on vacation now and did one yesterday when it popped up. It's nothing to me, but everything to someone else or future me.

We're heading to Destin tomorrow, may get half a week in before mother nature shows up. She's from KPT and hasn't ever been in a hurricane so may stay for shits and giggles if its looking like a glancing blow.

 

Going to get my balls cut on today. Not excited.

 

It isn't that bad. And if you play the whole 'sore' bit, you can sit around all weekend and watch football.

 

I will actually get a day at home tomorrow by myself for the first time since I can't remember when. I'd actually consider doing this regularly for a free day at home.

The supply cabinet was in the room I was in. I had nurses walking in and out during the procedure, and for some reason, they giggled a lot.

 

Worst part by far is the numbing. Feels like they wrap your testicle in piano wire and pull until right before it pops. Then they do the other one.

All downhill after that though.

 

My youngest son is driving now. And he’s into horrible rap music. It’s put together so bad it comes out of one speaker. We listed to Dre and 80’s-90s rap and it sounds better. This is all bass and no story telling. It’s awful and it’s hard for me to say music is awful.
