Netflix Streaming Recommendations/TV Talk

Yeah, this isn't your usual soup and nuts star wars. And it isn't going to be for everyone, but I love it. Great story and writing that just happens to be placed in the Star Wars universe.

 

i enjoyed it. my wife was offended and we havent' watched the episodes after yet.

 

Offended? Huh. To each their own. Sneak off and watch it. It gets better each episode

 

My kid's preschool teachers loves it when I drop him off in his cute, little slave Leia and Jabba the Hut t-shirt.

 

They are from California. The land of everything being someone else's fault, and definitely not their own for making sure to check the TV ratings explaining what each episode contains including possibly sexually explicit material.

And when it's someone else's fault, you get offended because they can't pay attention to your job for you.

 

That had to be the tamest brothel scene in the history of brothel scenes

 

i see your point with all that porn that is normally on the disney channel

 

I’m caught up with Andor. It’s fantastic. Love the writing. Great gradual tightening of the screws. Not always action but never boring.

 

Yeah andor keeps getting better. It took me a second to really get into it, but the characters keep developing well.

I’m once again trying to watch clone wars. On S2E7. Season 3 is when things get a lot better right?

 

For me it was season to season, episode to episode. As a whole I loved it though

 

It becomes more arc centric too, later on. Not just one ofs and small stories. Keep at it, it is definitely worth the ride. And then watch Rebels, some of the best Star Wars there is.

 

Tales of the Jedi is awesome

 

If you remember and liked Phil Hartman, Amazon Prime has NewsRadio. I've been rotating it in every once and a while. Good TV comedy IMO. And Joe Rogan when he had hair.

Anybody tried Peripheral? Just started it. Involves gaming so it may be interesting gamers

 

Once again, if you are not watching Andor, please do. It is so [uck fay]ing good I cannot praise it enough.

Saw the promo and not going lie, I'm going to watch this. If it's half as good as the original, it's a success IMO.
