He may be a guy that would benefit from dropping down to a good G5 or a P5 that’s not a top 15-20 recruiter. Has potential but not sure he’s got what it takes to start at Tennessee or a similar program.

I don’t think we will offer Smoke. There isn’t really a path to playing time for him here, assuming Small, Wright, and Sampson all return.

 

If he comes here and stays healthy, good chance he has a 1000 yard season.

We have basically lost everyone to the portal that we thought we would. We trimmed our roster in a good way for the first time in awhile. Everyone that left did so in a professional matter and we are going to be able to continue to upgrade our roster. Time to close out our class and get a few key transfers for next year.
