Should not discount his SEC bona fides, imo.

 

The Volquest podcast guys do not seem concerned that Golesh is leaving at all.

I am not either. Heupel's offense was doing these things long before Golesh joined him at UCF.

 

This is so much better than having a figurehead HC like Fulmer so that you have to sweat anytime there is a coordinator change. Having a HC who can develop quarterbacks at a very high level is a sustainable competitive advantage.

 

My first thought when they hired this guy was “well, at least we know he is actually good at something”
