What TV market will they be aiming for with that move?

West Virginia obviously, parts of Ohio, Virginia and especially Western PA.

If it happens, Starkville is no longer the worst road trip in the SEC

Morgantown is a much better spot than Starkville.

Not downing Morgantown, it's getting there and the fans you have to deal with once you arrive that sucks.

Hearing some Mizzou chatter again as well.

Sounds like there is a plan for 16 teams when the big 12 inevitably falls apart.

WV wouldn't bother me at all. It would be fun having Huggins in the SEC.

This would be a horrible addition to the SEC.

    - Very small television market.
    - Weak standings in the Directors Cup (Avg. 42nd the past 5 years)
    - HORRIBLE recruiting (1 4-star recruit, 4 3-star recruits over the past 5 years)
    - Geographically isolated from the SEC (Morgantown is an average of 737 from the SEC schools)

We are better off adding Missouri (not that I want them either).

If the league admits Virginia Tech, I hope OU, Texas , Mizzou, and OK State go west and the new PAC 16 grinds the SEC into fine powder.

Yeah, those Director's Cup standings are huge. The SEC must make sure and add schools with bigtime programs in garbage like field hockey and rowing.

PITT considers itself academically above joining the SEC. They're either going to the Big 10 or staying put.

So you don't care how their entire athletic department stacks up against the SEC? Noted.
