Beef Jerky

I know I should be making my own and will this winter but I been getting this stuff from Ed's Roadhouse Jerky and it's awesome.

I get the Lil's Smokey Sweet and Spicy which is a BBQ hot/sweet flavor and a Sweet and Spicy Thai Pepper which is the same but with asian flavor and hotness.

They take forever to ship it and it ain't cheap but it's so damn good.

 

Any company with the slogan "Nobody beats my meat" is just classy enough to warrant my business.

 

I have a buddy that knocks out a big sack of deer jerky every year, so I never mess with the beef variety.
