    I foolishly thought this would work out well for the Patriots.

    Haynesworth was a monster in 2007 & 2008 when he was playing on one year deals. Since then... not so much.

    Not foolish at all. They've gotten other malcontents to be big producers. There's a culture of winning there and lots of people want to be a part of it. Haynesworth should have stayed in college for the 2002 season. He'd have fit right in.

    Point taken. Made it too personal. It just sucks that we can't be proud of him as a former Vol. He has been one of the most dominant players in the NFL at times. He lives practically next door to my freakin in-laws. I want to like him. But he's such a wiener, it makes it impossible.
