I've recently finished The Dark Tower series, Crime and Punishment, and the first two books of A Song of Ice and Fire. What's everybody else reading nowadays?
My new job gives me a ton of downtime when things get under control. Looking for some book ideas. Bring them 8th.
If you like epic fantasy, check out Steve Erikson's Malazan series. It's dark and heavy, it's weird and hard to follow at times, but I like it. GRR Martin would be terrific if he would ever finish the damned series.
I'll check it out. Currently reading a Storm of Swords, but I'm going to be putting it on hold. Reading The Odyssey, Dante's Inferno, Pride and Prejudice, The Great Gatsby, and two other books this semester for my sophomore English class.
Great Gatsby is one of the only books I have read more than once. F. Scott knows how to put a sentence together. Right now I am on the Girl With th Dragon Tattoo series. They have been great so far.
My sister in law is into that series right now. Says its real addicting. I pretty much like anything Stephen King writes.
