I use "reckon" a lot, but not to sound articulate. I always say it kind of a hick voice to agree with stuff, "I reckon".

I reckon you could use it that way too

A guy I worked with a few years back would say "you follow me" fifteen time in a two minute conversation. I personally counted it one time to prove it to another co-worker. No one else noticed it until I pointed it out... So after that he hated me.

Bush used "resolve" until i had no more. Then Obama comes along and realizes the times we are living are "unprecedented".

If Josie Wales can use that term, then it is cool with me.

The sad state of our football program begs the question: should [ddiapos] be the football coach at the University of Tennessee?

If you see no problem with the above statement, you're part of the problem. The state of our football program certainly raises questions about our football coach, but no initial argument has been assumed on its own merit. BTQ abuse must stop, people. I've seen it on this board. I've seen it from credible journalists. It's time to end the madness. If you're unfamiliar with formal debate and logic, best to avoid the phrase altogether. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

//begthequestion.info// END "BEG THE QUESTION" ABUSE NOW!
