The Super Bowl Halftime show is one of those things the media tries to convince us is important, when no one really cares. Heisman falls in same category. The McRib returning also falls in said category.

Makes as much sense as when they had Pink doing the intros to Monday night games. Trying to target an audience other than the ones that actually watch football.

If they wanted to please their main demographic, they'd have a powderpuff football game with super models during half time.

who wants to see some 60 year old singing songs from 30 years ago? horrible. it's like they think of the biggest names and ignore relevancy. i bet MJ would have been under consideration if he didn't croak.

  9. Fortunately for her the Black Eyed Peas lowered the bar of expectations.

  11. ZZ Top! U2 was a decent selection too.

Madonna? Who in Hell's name made this call? This is as bad as Janet Jackson.

I never pegged you as a U2 fan.

  13. I'm an old rock&roll hound from way on back.

Pink Floyd rules! You probably never figured me for a Queen fan either.

Queen is timeless. Bono is a whiny [itch bay].
