You're aware that non-committal offers exist correct? Everyone in the SEC offers hundreds of kids each cycle, minus this new Vandy staff. Just because we may have offered a year and a half ago doesn't mean Josh could've committed to us when he did.

 

The staff would welcome Josh Smith with open arms if he said he wanted to come here.

 

That doesn't mean he was worth the effort of chasing when they're limited on spots.
