ehhh. Supposed defensive genius who won at San Jose State because he had a great offense and a pro caliber qb (who was found and developed by the OC). Colorado looks worse than last year.

 

Vandy fans never stopped

 

reminds me of Stanford. when they were losing it was because they were smarter than everyone else, when they were winning it's because they are smarter than everyone else. this from the school that let in barry sanders jr and ty Montgomery.

 

Vandy football got better when they relaxed academic standards for football players.

Relaxed Vandy academic standards for football players are still more stringent that anywhere else in the SEC.

I don't think the trade-off of surrendering some of the academic high ground for a couple of Music City Bowl appearances was worth it.

 

There has been more excitement around that program in the past 3 years than in the past 30 combined

 

Excitement is overrated.

Also, the price must be considered. Vandy is now a mediocre football school that takes JuCos and has the occasional gang rape. I'm an alumn; I don't like it.
