Everywhere Butch has been previously, 8 wins was the ceiling. He does not understand that at TN, 8 wins in the bottom, effing, floor. If TN loses 4 games, it means we lost to FL/GA/Bama/OOC opponents that we shouldn't have. He does not get it, and therefore does not understand the scrutiny associated with that level of expectations. And to cover, he spouts nonsense that has nothing to do with winning.
I would venture to say if Gruden took over the team with this talent, we would win it all next year easily.
