Honestly, Von Pearson ought to file a lawsuit against his accuser and the University. He got railroaded.

 

Is there any way we win the Nation Championship this year, and the NCAA strips it from us because of this?

 

No, but mostly my opinion is based on the former supposition.

Well, it'll go to court and be properly adjudicated.

If any wrong-doing is found and proven to exist, it will be deemed as such, punished and corrected.

Given the similar cases being filed across the country, this is the least surprising development of the decade.

 

It'll be settled out of court long before it goes to any trial. UT will admit no guilt or wrongdoing.

 

So is this a big deal or not?
