I decided to make a change in the procedure for Daytona. Rather than watch the most boring thing in motorsports, single car qualifying at a restrictor plate track, how about we use the Budweiser Shootout Race for the five bonus points normally given for picking the pole position winner. So, pick the winner and get the five bonus points. Simply enter your pick in this thread. Entries must be posted by 8:00 pm Saturday Feb. 18th, no exceptions. Entry list below.

Well this "race" shows how messed up restrictor plate racing has become. Expect a ruling for Thursday qualifying events prohibiting pushing in the turns.

Oh, BTW, 10SEvols earned five bonus points.

Entertaining race, I'm curious to see what the 500 will look like.

    Junior. All day.

And I don't think he loses a race all season. Not a single one.

I'm willing to bet NYY's avatar on it.

Oh, and karma finally catches up with KB this season and he tangles with Smoke - and gets his monkey ass whipped during pre-race introductions at Bristol (night).
