Hard fought, but 7 turnovers will lose you games pretty much every time.

I do like the fight, though. And the talent is there. Hope we can recover enough folks on defense to make Bama work for it next week.

No way around it, the turnovers are about fundamentals and we know where that responsibility lies.

We had a good shot at them. Turnovers was the difference.

The fumbles have been an enormous problem all season. Not sure how it hasn't been fixed.

I don't ever remember being is hit with injuries as we were today.

    Any early word on O'Brien.

You can see that the backs are careless with the ball. You can see that the receivers have a tendency to tip balls up every damn time. You can see that Dobbs rarely falls on the ball, but tries to scoop. These are all outside of a concept of valuing possession of the ball above all else.

Feels like 2005 had some moments like today.

What's with the shitty ass defense in the last 6 or so minutes? Seems like we gave up 300 yards in that span.

Josh Dobbs is a [dadgum]ed moron.

I think at that point everyone was gassed on both defenses.

I think we were just out of players.

Which is what makes that throw by Dobbs hurt so much. No reason to force it on 1st and 10. We were fine.

I have a team of 7-year olds and each one knows to fall on a fumble.

He failed to do that twice, and cost us the ball / points each time.

One time? You had a lapse and made a mistake.

    Twice? You're a [dadgum]ed moron.

And I think we punch it in and Butch goes for two to win. And we would have gotten it.

He wouldn't have went for two until he was forced to in the 3rd OT

How many turnovers was Dobbs responsible for? 4? 5?

Poor decision at the end but he played plenty well enough to win. That L is on several shoulders.

When they gifted the penalty, we had to go for it, IMO.

    At least 3 but I know he could've prevented 4 (Kelly's fumble).

One of the picks was on Croom.

Well, the starting defense was in critical care or the operating room
