What ever they were serving in Gibbs! We ate pretty good too! That was back in the day of true athletic dorms! During football season, Sunday nights was always Steak and Lobster! YUUUUUMMMMMMM!!!!

Turkey and smoked cheddar on white! I miss that place. Before it closed by the strip, I got to take my two boys there. They absolutely loved it.
Breakfasts at uc caf were glorious. Western omelette, smoothie, waffle, and coffee on meal plan and a few bonus bucks.
Sam and Andy's closed....................sometime in 2001.......I think, may have been 2002. It was originally where the McAllister's on the strip now sits, and when that went in (1998?) it moved across the street to where Moe's now is. It closed, another place went in (that had a really good meat and three blue plate), but it was short lived and Moe's went in around 2003-2004.
