One of our writers at RTT put together a look at how our attrition and remaining blue chips compared to a couple other SEC teams. Thought y'all might be interested (especially as it adds to the mounting pile of evidence in the anti-Butch camp) http://www.rockytoptalk.com/2016/11...matical-wednesday-edition-roster-construction
I commented in the recruiting forum that 21 of 26 committed recruits are 3 stars. Seems like an awful lot...
Nice piece. A more accurate comparison might be P5 coaches with the same number of years. Not a defense of/attack on B#tch either way.
Guilty as charged. I don't mind the occasional "work in progress" type of commitment but surely UT can swing better talent.
I'd argue that is unfair given the injuries this year, overall youth, plus unfair media/, message boards. Those things set a program back
A lesser coach can get by on an occasional class like this one. But Butch needs his bluechips to stay competitive with Kentucky and South Carolina.
Jesus. That is the most damning and saddening thing I have read on this board. Because it is so true.
Look what Chris Petersen has done in no time at Washington with a very average roster. We need a coach like that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
He's got some nfl talent on the defense and he's got a really good qb and rb. He's got talent in the important spots
