Carrier - 1150 jobs claimed to have been saved by trump. 350 were always going to stay as disputed by critics, Carrier spokesman say this is correct.

Trans-Lux - CEO claims that due to trump winning and his policies he is planning to move all jobs over to the US within a year. Currently 75 employees work in the US which is about 60% of its workforce. By simple math that means 125 employees work overseas.

In Total: 50 future jobs saved by Trump.

Tax breaks are paying for half those carrier employees.

I'm not sure why that matters...sans sarcasm. Does that cancel out the benefit of the jobs staying in CONUS?

I was planning on firing all my employees, then quitting, but have changed my mind due to Trump.

I fired a guy two weeks ago, so let that be reflected in the stats.

Is this a negative? They're being allowed to keep more of their money to keep jobs here.

Would you celebrate putting hundreds on welfare? Because the bottom line is the same.

I forgot that corporate welfare is acceptable, but welfare for actual people is not. Carry on.

I wouldn't call it welfare to let people keep their own money. Welfare is taking money from Ford and giving it to GMC to keep them from going out of business.

Why dont other companies get the same break? You guys are twisting this. This is no different than a city telling your neighbor not to worry about property taxes anymore so that they'll stay, but you shouldn't complain about your neighbor keeping more of their money.
