This is a link to a Time magazine test that incorporates the proposed legislation on immigration of the RAISE Act in order to see if a person qualifies for a visa.

I got a 24, so, no visa for me. If only I won an Olympic medal or made more than $77,000 and the right kind of Master's degree.

And, of course it would. Look who are the people who wrote and promote the bill. It isn't a coincidence that Stephen Miller slithered out of his snake den to push it. I can't remember a person as loathsome as Miller ever in a job like his and that includes a Trump, Cruz or Weiner.

Purely selfish. In my heart, I want all in. I am a softy at heart.

But career wise? I enjoy the limitation of cheap infiltration of offshore programming. Instead of having to come in and fix up shit that was ruined, I get greenfield. Greenfield is always better.

I'd much rather a company come to me and say, "Hey, I've got an idea..." as opposed to, "Hey, we started with someone else, but they really didn't know what they were doing..."
