It doesn't really make sense. So is a good thing to be in the reality world or bad? Is reality bad? He asks a question immediately before it where the right answer would be yes. He didn't separate the two questions with an "or" so you think the answer to the second would be yes. I don't know. Just stupid.

It's why he always does coach speak. He's so insanely inarticulate he comes across like even more of an idiot when he tries to wax poetic.

 

I think he was alluding to the media creating drama where there isn't any. Of course his bumbling appears to be well on its way to doing just that. Butch making self fulfilling accusations.

Regardless, these are young men, not children. It does them no favors to waiver on that as they become used to being men. If a coach is offering vague excuses as to how a child has a broken orbital, that'd be something the media should really look at. He needs to choose. Children whose fractured faces deserve some scrutiny, or men that shouldn't be used to deflect legitimate questions.
