One of their stud backs, Swift, is a freshman I believe

I think our delayed delayed handoffs are going to surprise lbs coming in the hole at 15 mph

They're a solid team, but they aren't elite

Unfortunately we're at the opposite end of the spectrum. Not the most horrible team out there, but pretty damned bad.

It’s the defensive plan that takes about 4 seconds.

I'm at a conference in ATL this weekend. GA fans are nervous. Of course, they've got something to lose. If TN takes a lead in Neyland, that could play mind tricks on them.

That's two seconds quicker than our handoffs.

It is a pivotal game for Botch. A win, and he is back for 2018. A loss, and he is back for 2018.

Supposedly they are shuffling the OL yet again. Kendrick to LG and Tatum to RT.

They've done this every year, near as I can recall, except for that first year when we had four NFLers and Antonio Richardson. I guess it's forgivable when you are trying to mash freshmen and some other guy's recruits into your scheme. But here we are in year five with loads of upper classmen that Butch recruited and we are still just throwing crap and at the wall.

Honestly, and I don't want to hate on the guy, but who looked at Kendrick when he committed to Dooley way, way back and thought, "There's a guy that will be starting for 3-4 years, even after the next coach has brought in a dozen or so four star OL."

You clearly haven’t done the expectedvalue analysis on the run game.

he's better than Richmond and Thomas.

I'd stick him at RT, Tre at LT, and we've got enough solid guards to figure out the interior.

But, dang, I sure wouldn't put a new starter at tackle this week. These should be the best ends we've faced.

And what the hell happened to Coleman Thomas? There was actually a time when he looked like he'd be a quality center for us. Now he's a backup guard that's still suffering from PTSD from that Appy State DL (or was that Crowder?).

The OL coaching has been the worst in conference by a wide margin.

Trey at lt, Richmond at rt, Boulware at LG and Jones at RG.

yep. And we'll probably decide to Alex Brown him and not chip him all day.

Oh yeah, I forgot our only tight end with much experience is out.

hurt or not, i'd send Jakob at Carter @ every play possible and just tell him to try to run him over
