Son of [itch bay] is trying to claim that victim impact statements are too hard on him, mentally draining, etc. and has requested they not continue or in essence, has asked he not be a part any more.

    [uck fay] that.

If I’m the judge, I’m making him show up for twelve days now, instead of the scheduled four.

Also, the OTL piece from ESPN laid a lot of it out there, to the point I felt dirty reading it, and the Indy Star has been on the case since the begging as well. It’s sickening.

Sickening doesn't begin to describe it. It's just awful, and lots of heads need to roll, some literally.

Sadly I fear this is far from an isolated incident in youth sports, especially at high levels.

He molested the entire 2012 gold medal winning team.

Those are some bad ass women. Props to them for succeeding under those circumstances and having the courage to speak out against their attacker.

His complaint about having to face his victims is unreal. He doesn't get it I guess. His life is totally over already. Because what he is experiencing is a pale shadow of what he dished out on these people.

Ooh, he's distressed. He might pass out.

Okay. Pass out. 60 years plus whatever you get from this trial, what does it matter? You have been expelled from society. You will have plenty of time to recuperate in prison from the horrible stress of being confronted by your victims. Sick bastard.

He realizes he's dying in prison, right? That the fact that he isn't being executed, abused, or tortured is a mercy of the American justice system? If it were up to the mob, he'd be in trouble. The existence of that court and prison is probably extending his life at this point.

Yeah i wouldn’t find him doing prison as much justice as a parent.

Definitely not, but we don't get personal justice systems.

I thought when females visited the Dr that there must be a nurse in the room to prevent abuse. I don't know why these young girls were left alone with this monster.

I would have liked one of them say; "Get ready to have your orifices probed Larry"

one article I read a couple days ago reported that the MOTHER was in the room while her daughter was getting checked... and wasn't until they were in the car after the exam that the daughter told her what happened while she was in there.... and the mother said to keep her mouth shut.

... I'm guessing obviously the mother thought bringing it up would hurt the kid's chances of making the team. SMFH

Seems like it isn't getting as much publicity as the Penn State scandal.

Now that I look more into it, I'd say definitely not. He got busted with child porn in July and was accused of sexual assault in November, but it seems like it's really only gotten any attention the last week.

I think it probably has to do with the difference in popularity between college football and women’s gymnastics.

Hopefully the people who enabled this piece of shit get the same punishments as those at Penn St.
