Yes. The person guiding college students through the state university athletics program should not have Ma Shumate on speeddial, for himself or for his highschool recruits, nor should he encourage his followers to commit class and race related murder. He should not help cover up rapes or child molestation, or abuse of a spouse, child, old person, or pretty much anybody else. His record of following the general laws of society and the specific laws of college athletics should be relatively decent. That's really not that high of a standard to meet.
He also wrote “Reclaiming History” - THE - masterwork on Kennedy assassination. Took him 20+ years to write it. Highly, highly recommend.
This probably belongs to another forum, but I don't agree that this is the masterwork on the Kennedy assassination. This book reads more like a prosecutor (which he was) presenting his case rather than an unbiased look at the assassination. He ignores all other questions, rather he focuses simply on evidence that could prove Oswald acted alone-a theory that lately has become more problematic.
