From what I can find, Kendal was not included in any of the wrong doings. Looks like he did say that they "Have a lot of white women at Baylor and they love football players". Other than that nothing major.
He had some recruiting violations. Realistically he had to have been aware of at least some of the stuff.
Much less of a problem with Briles than Freeze personally, and a better OC to boot IMO. Worst thing I can find on him is that he asked a recruit if he liked white girls because Baylor had lots of them and they loved football players. Find it hard to believe he was lying.
I guess it's possible that the 4 teams that had better records than he did that year were all on probation.

I hadn't looked into how involved he'd been with the scandal there. If that's it, then I'm okay with it.
He's not named in anything. Now, did he know what was going on? Common sense says yes. As for anything other than that, there's nothing.
