Shew. That's a lot. I'm trying to be more cautious about my back health like 53 since you only get one.

Well, I have a light and medium day so the intensity is manageable. I try to stay balanced in any training I do.

Although I haven't done much lately, I've become a big fan of the KB swing for back health.

Nice. Tried to switch up training to break up the monotony. I have a leg/shoulder day, chest/back day and then a "functional" full body day.

Save the fun stuff like power cleans, kettlebell swings, one arm snatch , etc for the full body day. I may go to more of that than the traditional lifting.

I did kettlebells and calisthenics exclusively for about 10 months and really enjoyed it.

I don't like the body builder stuff. I just like to do a simple full body workout

That's pretty cool. Knee replacements were not as good just a few years ago

I stick to full body or occasionally will do a pull/push/squat focusing on compound movements.

    No tricep kickbacks for me.

You have had a lot of injuries. Have you considered maybe you aren’t very good at this stuff?

Wound up finishing in 1:57 and change. Absolutely shocked I finished within goal, but super happy.

It happened to be sitting next to where I was working out so I picked it up. Was a lot heavier than I expected.

Yesterday completed Week 9 of consistently working out. Haven't lost as much weight as I have wanted, but pants have gotten a lot baggier and shirts fit better, so I guess I'm headed in right direction.

Body recomp doesn't always show on the scale.

I have to tell myself that every Tuesday morning when I step on the scale and I'm only down a half pound or pound.
