Not to be negative, but I find it hard to envision a way to have idiot free discussion if the site ever grows to be anywhere near the size of the others.

I like where we're headed. Might want to tweak the initial plan a little bit as far as the numbers we want before implementing the pay portion, but things are moving forward.
