Watching their fans agonizing over it down 20 was great.

 

They are 0-23 in last 23 sec games and their fans are flipping out over the 3 pt streak the week Stackhouse calls Vandy fans smarter than UTs.

Enjoyed being in attendance last night and seeing the tears of the Vandy fans.

 

Don't know how much of a tourney shot this team has, if any, but we're hitting the stretch they've got to win em all to have a chance.

 

imo we need 8 more wins to get to 19 and a shot at ncaa. Our schedule isn't going to help us get there. Can't lose to Ole Miss at home tonight

 

The good part of the schedule being so backloaded is maybe this team will have put it together by then.

 

I am not sure I see 20 wins by selection sunday. That may be higher than this team's ceiling.

A healthy turner may have been the difference between an ncaa bid or not.

 

I think 18 reg season wins puts us on the bubble. We don't really have any "awful" losses yet and I think our SOS will be solid with a couple non-con quality wins.

I don't think we pass the eye test as a tourney team, but you never know.

 

ya, I don't think an 18 win Vols team would get the nod over more "up and down" P5 teams that had a good conference tournament or something.

 

Winning the next 2 SEC games is extremely critical. That last run of games at the end of the schedule is brutal and we have Auburn twice this year, too.

Need to win 6 out 7 at home. (That gives us slack to lose a close one to UK)

And then they need at least 2 on the road, but more than likely 3 to get in IMO. Not undobale, but unlikely at this point.

 

When you put it that way, sounds like it’s time to hang it up.

 

Jordan Bowden has shot so poorly from 3 he has been offered a scholarship by Vandy.
