At the very least, we’re serious about football again.

 

Really unbelievable what starts happening when people with good football sense are here.

 

And to all those people, particularly in our administration and especially one of our ADs, who said fans had to realize our limitations as a program...GO. [uck fay]. YOURSELF.

It just took someone with some sense to have awareness about the actual potential of this program and its history. Long live Heavy.

Yes, hiring coordinators to be analysts seems like a smart thing to do.

 

Especially guys that are top notch. This is a huge addition to the staff.

Are there any on field positions left to fill? Long has had some pretty big gets in recruiting at ND. He can't be on the road recruiting as an analyst though, correct?

Only the eight (8) on-field coaches can participate in off-campus recruiting. So, he can’t as an analyst.

Going into the 2019 season, he was looked at as a potential HC candidate. This is an extremely good hire as an analyst

 

So Nieds not only recruit players, but coaches, too? He’s a legit BAMF

 

Had he not gotten fed up with Kelly he probably would have gotten a HC job somewhere. I am pumped that we added him.
