Shelton is a well respected guy. That would be, in my opinion, a good hire even though he's not the biggest star out there

I want guys who are motivated to grind on the recruiting trail. VQ alluded to coaches not being willing to make the daily/weekly calls this year.

 

Younger guys just getting started tend to give you that. Look at Neidermeyer
